EP.8 BLK Alchemy The Podcast: Estee Nena Dillard

This latest episode features an interview with Estee Nena Dillard after she led a workshop at the 2022 Sex Down South conference entitled “African Spiritual Sexualities for Embodied Erotic Healing”. Estee is a spiRitualist scholar, an ancestral worker, Christian clergy, and queer sexologist.

We discuss ways in which women, African people, and/or queer people can “free and heal yourself so you can live into your birthright of joy, pleasure, and clarity.” How beautiful is that?

We get into embodied erotic healing, spiritual experiences in erotic play, trauma impact on the relationship we have with our bodies, and how we can lead to body POWER on our path to wellness, healing, and liberation. Ashe!

Let’s ask ourselves… What do you know to be true about your body? How does it communicate the divine to you? What do you NEED to stay connected to your body?
